Survey invitation

The use of person-centred health outcomes in routine IPF and PPF care: a survey on healthcare professionals’ views and practices.

Dear colleague, We would like to invite you to participate in this international survey to understand which outcomes you are currently using in routine care for persons with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis or progressive pulmonary fibrosis (PPF) and/or which outcomes you deem most important to measure in the future.

The survey is part of the COCOS-IPF project which aims to develop a Core Outcome Set for use in pulmonary fibrosis (PF) clinical practice. The project is funded by the European Joint Programme on Rare Diseases. The consortium consists of clinicians, patient representatives and social experts: Prof. Fabienne Dobbels & Prof. Wim Wuyts (Belgium), Prof. Nesrin Mogulkoc (Turkiye), Prof. Michael Kreuter & Prof. Nikola Stenzel (Germany), the European Lung Foundation (ELF), the European Pulmonary Fibrosis Federation (EU-PFF) and The European Respiratory Society (ERS).

Do you have expertise in IPF and/or PPF and do you currently work in Europe?

If yes, we would be very grateful if you would spend 10 to 15 minutes of your valuable time to complete this online questionnaire. We hope to receive responses from various disciplines. The survey will be sent out through various sources. If you have already completed the survey, we thank you for your time and responses. There is no need to fill in the survey twice.

Participation in the survey is voluntary and you may at any time decline to take part or leave this survey. The information that you provide in the survey will be kept completely confidential. All entries will be collected and analysed anonymously. No personal data including e-mail addresses or IP- addresses are collected. The study findings will be reported in aggregated form. You can find more information about the project on our website: www.cocos-ipf.com. A summary of the results will be shared on the website and via our newsletter, for which you can register on our website.
